Lake Havasu City is located along the Colorado River in Mojave County, Arizona. Robert P. McCulloch, of McCulloch chainsaws, established this city in 1963.According to the U.S. Census of 2000; this desert playground has a population of 41,938. The estimated population as of 2004 was 53,204; because of this sudden boom in population, property values have soared over the last few years.
